Why is my candle burning unevenly?

The temperature of the room you burn your candle in can affect how your candle burns.  If the room is 70 degrees or below your candle may burn unevenly.  This will not affect the function of your candles scent or damage it in any way the candle will even out when burned in a room with a higher temperature.

Why is my candle sweating?

Soy wax sweats in warm temperatures.  It does not affect the function of the candle in any way, it is a characteristic of soy.

Why does my candle have a smooth or sometimes textured appearance after I burn it?

When you burn your candle, it cools with a smooth or textured surface.  This will not affect the function of the candle; it is a characteristic of soy wax.

Why is my air freshener changing colors?

Exposure to artificial light and sunlight causes oxidation that can change the color of your fragrance.  This may or may not affect the scent of your air freshener. To prolong this affect from occurring store your air freshener in a cool dark place with the cap on.
