Our Return/Exchange Policy
We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase however we do understand that life happens, and you may need to return an item. We will refund or replace unused items at their purchase price in their original packaging once we receive them and they have been inspected and approved for refund. Items must be returned or have an in-transit tracking number for return within 7 days of delivery. Shipping fees are Non-refundable. All items should be packed to avoid damages and returned in the original packaging. If an item arrives damaged, please email customerservice@loveleigharomalogy.com and upload a picture of the damaged product for review. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product and, upon our approval, your refund will be issued as soon as possible minus the cost of shipping. We will file a complaint with the shipping service. Customers are required to cover the shipping cost to return their orders to us (Shipping fees are non-refundable). Please reference your order number with all return/exchange requests. If you are exchanging a candle, a new candle will be sent to you free of charge upon reception, inspection, and verification that your returned candle is unused and undamaged by you.
